Child Safety & Adult Supervision Policy

Adult responsibility

Kids Nation’s digital accounts are for adult parents, guardians, and supervisors. The responsible adult must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate supervision, respect capacity and age rules, and remain reachable throughout the visit unless a specifically supervised programme states otherwise in writing.

Safe participation

• Follow staff instructions, signage, age and height limits, hygiene rules, and required clothing or equipment.
• Tell staff promptly about injuries, hazards, lost children, unsafe conduct, allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, or accessibility needs relevant to safe participation.
• Bullying, harassment, violence, abuse, neglect, discriminatory conduct, dangerous play, or inappropriate photography is not permitted.
• Staff may pause or end participation and contact venue security, emergency services, or competent authorities where safety or child welfare requires it.

Children’s privacy and images

We collect only child information reasonably needed for service and safety. Children’s data is not used for targeted advertising. Photography or publication by Kids Nation requires an appropriate adult permission process; adults must also respect the privacy of other families when taking photographs.
