Account & Data Deletion

Delete from your account

Sign in, open Profile, choose Settings, and select Delete account. Confirm the security prompt to permanently remove the account. This is the fastest method and is available to every account holder.

What is deleted

We delete the authentication account, ordinary profile information, memberships, linked bookings and orders, and stored profile images, subject to records we must retain for payment, tax, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, or another legal obligation. Retained records are restricted to that purpose and removed or anonymized when the obligation ends.

Any KidsNation Points left on the account are forfeited when the account is deleted. They cannot be restored, transferred or paid out.

If you cannot sign in, contact us from the account email address. We will verify identity before acting and will explain any lawful retention that applies.
