Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum number of students for a school trip?
We accommodate groups of all sizes. Special group rates apply for groups of 20 students or more. Contact us for smaller group pricing.
How many teachers/supervisors are required?
We recommend 1 adult supervisor per 10 students. Our staff supervise the play zones, but teachers must remain with their groups at all times.
Can students bring their own food?
Yes, students are welcome to bring packed lunches. We provide a clean, designated lunch area. Please inform us of any allergies in advance.
Is there a deposit required to book?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled or receive credit for a future visit.
Are socks required?
Yes, grip socks are mandatory for safety on trampolines and soft play areas. Students should bring their own, or they can be purchased at reception for AED 5 per pair.
Can we book on weekends?
School trips are available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Weekday mornings typically offer the most availability and quieter play zones.
